Speaker: Professor Luis Borges Gouveia, Fernando Pessoa University, Portugal. Prof Gouveia gained his PhD from the University of Lancaster, and since then he has produced academic and consultative outputs mainly on Digital Cities. He was project leader for one of the most original and successful Digital Cities so far developed, GAIA Digital.
